Todd's Dad turns 60 today. Happy Birthday Greg! Last week we got together and threw a little surprise party for him. He doesn't really like being the center of attention but we think he is great a deserves a celebration every once in a while.
We did a little "Race of life" theme because running has been something that he enjoys. The front door was the start line and Anne made this great balloon arch as the finish line for reaching 60. I made some picture collages to show different stages of his life between the start and finish lines. Everything turned out great and we hope that Greg enjoyed everything!
This is the best picture I could get with Greg and some of the grand-kids. It is really hard to gather and get everyone to look at the camera. Too much chaos!
A bunch of the kids playing musical chairs. I laughed at how many of them turned around and cried once they got out. I totally remember being like that.
Carrie and Anne did so much work to put it all together and it turned out great! Thanks you two!
Todd's brother Ryan's birthday was the day after the party so we sang happy birthday to him too. Anne made a mountain dew cake because he mostly lives off of the stuff. He was pretty excited.
Katelyn had her first taste of a cupcake. She wasn't sure how she felt about it at first.
And then she decided she loved it.
The kids had fun taking all of the balloons off of the balloon arch. They then had fun popping them all.
Katelyn wanted to be part of this conversation.
Just hanging out with Uncle Ryan. My girls both LOVE him. He is pretty great.
Happy Birthday to Greg and Ryan!
