They arrived on Friday night. We had a quick dinner and let the kids run around outside for a while before we put them all to bed.
The next morning, Kevin and Emily went to the wedding while the rest of us played at home for a while. We met them downtown and went to Zupas for lunch, and then hung out at Liberty park until it was time for them to go to their reception.
Sunday we all went to church. Emma and Katelyn really enjoyed having Bronsen and Stella come to primary with them. After church we took a few pictures and just hung out. We let the boys prepare most of dinner while Emily and I worked on a puzzle. I love to do puzzles so it is always great when someone will agree to do one with me!
All of the kids spent alot of time playing around the house and out in the backyard. It was fun for everyone to have someone close to their age to play with, even if Bronsen did think there were too many girls around.
On Monday we took the Woolfs to enjoy the greatness of Jungle Jims. All of the kids seemed to have a great time, except for Miley, she still hated it.
These three would not get off the roller-coaster. They would just ask to go again every time it ended. We eventually had to force them to get off because we really just didn't want someone to throw-up.
Emma was feeling a little sad that she didn't love the roller-coaster as much as everyone else. She felt better after she got to take a picture with Emily.
We spent a lot of time playing games and talking after the kids went to bed every night. Todd made Kevin and Emily play Ticket to Ride with us probably more times than they would have wanted but we had a great time!
On Tuesday morning, we just hung out around the house until it was time for them to leave. It is always sad when they have to leave but we loved the time that we were able to spend with them!
