The 4th of July is so fun every year! The day after we got back from Lake Powell we went up to the Nelson Family cabin in Midway for the 4th of July party! I mostly loved the holiday this year because Emma looked cute all day. The party was enjoyable as always, complete with the bike parade, games, food, and the taffy toss. Emma found her way onto the swing again which always makes her happy!
Todd's sister Katie and her family came up from Cedar City to bless their little boy. Todd's brother Paul and his family were also in town from Colorado so we got as much family time in as possible while they were all here. We also had a 4th of July barbecue with the Glovers on Monday the 5th and had a great time. I didn't get any pictures but it was fun. We set up a volleyball net and the jumping castle for the little kids. We also had a little family race that Todd as been wanting to do forever. It was fun but too hot, the best part about it was the otter pops at the end of the race!
I love when the 4th of July is on a Sunday because then you get to celebrate it all weekend long!
