Disneyland Day Four

On our last day I didn't make any plans on what to do and we just let the girls choose what they wanted.  We started the day at Disneyland so they could visit with more princesses.  As we walked in we saw Belle and Cinderella so we jumped in their line but they had to cut it off a few people before us.  Emma and Katelyn got to walk with Belle for a few minutes though.

Then we went back to the princess area and saw Sleeping Beauty, Ariel, and Cinderella again.  The girls picked up right where they left off last time, you know since they are such great friends now that they have met more than once.

Who knows why Todd is holding Miley like that.

Cinderella asked Emma and Katelyn who they were going to see next and they told her that really they just wanted to be able to talk to Belle.  She told us that Belle would be outside in a few minutes so we hung around for a while.  When Belle showed up we went to see her and she was so cute with the girls.  She told them that her princess friends told her all about them and she was so excited to see them and their beautiful hair.  It made their whole day to think that she knew who they were.  Belle was my favorite.  She was so great!  Katelyn basically never stopped hugging her. Emma told her "Katelyn just likes to pretend to read because she is so little but I am 4 so I really can read real books, just like you!"

After that was checked off the list we went on the teacups a few more times and also Winnie the Pooh.  This was the hottest day yet so we had to make a pit stop for some Dole Whips.  Miley especially loved them.

Then we headed back to California adventure to meet up with the Woolfs again, they started the day over there.

Shortly after these pictures were taken Katelyn threw up on our last ride before we were planning to go back to the hotel for lunch.  Emma really, really didn't want to go back to the hotel so we decided to have Todd take Katelyn and Miley back for a little bit while Emma and I stayed and enjoyed some more rides.  Katelyn ended up being pretty miserable for the rest of the day so they camped out at the hotel for the rest of the time.  Remember what I said about Todd being the greatest?

You can tell from to color of our faces in the pictures above that it really was way too hot.  We went through A TON of water between the two of us.  Emma just kept telling me it was the best day of her life and that she loved being my ride buddy.  How can that not make me the happiest? She was such a trooper.  We just did whatever she wanted and it involved a lot of walking back and forth between the two parks but she never complained.

My cousin, Allie, texted me to ask how Disneyland was and I told her it was great and then she responded with a picture of her, Laurie and a friend IN Disneyland.  It was the greatest!  We met up with them over in California Adventure for a few rides. They are some of the greatest. Thanks for the awesome pictures, Laurie!

In case you couldn't tell, she was loving this day!

This was the only time that we were at the park from opening to closing and it was the greatest day for Emma.  We were sad that Todd, Katelyn, and Miley were stuck back at the hotel though.

It was sad to think we wouldn't be going back the next day, but at least we had the beach the next day to look forward to!
